If there’s a mountain in your way and you feel like you can’t possibly move it, see the mountain as just a bunch of handfulls of dirt. You tell yourself, “I don’t have to move a mountain today. I just have to move a handful of dirt. I can handle that.” Before you know it, the mountain is gone!
Unfortunately, that’s also how I wind up eating a whole pie by myself.
“It’s just one piece of pie. I can handle that.”
Before I know it, the pie’s gone.
