A pair of pigs pardoned in Miami!

Roasting pork on Christmas Eve is a tradition here in South Florida for Cubans and beyond. Every year since 2018, the county mayor has pardoned two pigs otherwise bound for la caja china — or the roasting box.

This year, it’s 2 piggies named after “Wicked” characters, “Glinda” and “Elphaba” that got spared by the mayor!
