Key to living longer may be the ability to balance on one foot!

Can you balance while standing on one foot? How long? Researchers found that the ability to balance can indicate longevity for older adults. People who fail a balance test of standing on one foot for 10 seconds are twice as likely to die within the next 10 years. And most adults should be able to balance on one foot for at least 20 seconds. We decided to try it out and see if we are likely to live a longer life. Your results may vary!
