Update To Broward County Schools Schedule

The Broward County school district has revised the 2024-2025 calendar to make up for time lost during closures caused by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. These adjustments ensure students meet state instructional time requirements.

Here’s the rundown:

- Monday, January 6, 2025: Regular school day for students.

- Thursday, January 9, 2025: Last day of the first semester.

- Friday, January 10, 2025: Staff planning day—students get the day off!

Schools will be closed the week of November 25, unless more weather disruptions occur. To stay ahead, the district has identified three potential make-up days: November 25 and 26, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
